Summary: Find a way to auto-generate expected error codes

Currently we comment on the expected error codes in the client Response/Request
implementations. It would be nice to have this be a part of the protocol
documentation and auto generated in the docs.
The documentations should include the expected errors codes for a given request
and recommendations on how they should be handled.
