Adam Retter published RocksDb 4.3.1 and 4.4.1 to Maven after we reported the
segfaults we were seeing with 4.2.0
(https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/issues/1075, KAFKA-3551).
Snappy and slf4j have patch updates with useful fixes.
