KAFKA-4082; Support usage of Gradle 3.0 for bootstrapping gradlew
The main requirement is to remove the usage of `useAnt` and we need
to upgrade scoverage because the older version refers to `useAnt`.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/ijuma/kafka kafka-4082-support-gradle-3.0-0.10
