It works fine when classifier with value as test is used instead of type like
below.

<groupId>org.apache.kafka</groupId>
<artifactId>kafka-streams</artifactId>
<version>0.10.0.0</version>
<classifier>test</classifier>
<scope>test</scope>
</dependency>
