Description:
The StreamsConfig doesn't currently pass custom configs defined by the user to
the ConsumerConfig and ProducerConfig.
i.e.,
{code}
consumer.interceptor.classes=com.app.kafka.StatsdConsumerInterceptor{code} will
currently be dropped.
