We've added some REST resources and I think we didn't document them.
/ - get version
/connector-plugins - show installed connectors
Those are the ones I've found (or rather, failed to find) - there could be more.
Perhaps the best solution is to auto-generate the REST documentation the way we
generate configuration docs?
