Committing of StandbyTasks in {{commitAll}}
{{maybePunctuate}}
{{commitOne}} - no tests for exceptions
{{unAssignChangeLogPartitions} - no tests for exceptions
{{addStreamsTask}} - no tests for exceptions
{{runLoop}}
