The broker configuration 'kafka.metrics.reporters' is completely missing from
the documentation.
As far as I can tell, this configuration is required to have a Metric Reporter
see the "old-style" Yammer metrics Kafka emits. These metrics are really
important and include:
- Topic metrics
- Controller metrics
- Replication metrics
