KAFKA-5380: Fix transient failure in KafkaConsumerTest, close consumers In `KafkaConsumer#testChangingRegexSubscription`, keep metadata updated with both topics since heartbeat thread may remove unsubscribed topic during its metadata update, causing the assertion that matches join requests to fail. Also close consumer in all tests since they leave behind heartbeat threads.
