Hey All, I need to create a KIP for this: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-5726 https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/3669
However, I can't edit the page https://cwiki.apache.org/ confluence/display/KAFKA/Kafka+Improvement+Proposals and when I click Create button I do not see the KIP template. So I can't create the page for the KIP. Can someone provide me with proper access rights to Confluence? Thanks, Attila
