No, I don't think that's ok. First, the bundle already exports two objects of type org.apache.karaf.jaas.config.KeystoreInstance. Now, I think the management bundle would only depend on the KeystoreManager to create the ssl connection, right? Is the whole SSL stuff supposed to be optional and if so, how would that be done? Blueprint doesn't support conditional behaviors, I think we'd have to got back to the OSGi API to do that.
