My apologies for the delay in getting the website updated, having trouble with the new scm-publish mechanism for updating the website.
"mvn clean install scm-publish:publish-scm" Appears to be an file perms issue, but could be something else. In the mean while the 2.3.1 kits have been promoted to maven repo, so should be available. I'm going to hold off the announce emails until the website issue is resolved.
