Development

The following new releases have been voted:
* Apache Karaf 2.3.1
* Apache Karaf EIK 0.9.0
We are inline to release Karaf 3.0.0.RC1, and a first Cellar release on
the 2.3.x branch.
A new branch has been created (karaf-2.x) in order to prepare next Karaf
2.4.0.
