It will be very soon. I gonna upgrade to the new Aries Blueprint CM
release tonight. I identified a couple of blocking issues that we have
to fix. I think we can plan 3.0.0.GA for next week.

Karaf trunk (3.0.0-SNAPSHOT) already uses Felix Framework 4.2.1.
It will be included in the first 3.0.0.GA.
