Hi all,
just a quick update about the Karaf 3.0.0 release.
I'm working on the documentation. The user guide has been completely
reviewed and updates, I'm completing the latest sections and I gonna
start the developer guide. I think the guides are now largely better.
A good think when working on the documentation is to test mostly all
parts of Karaf.
And I found issues. Some are not blockers, but I found one critical in
the WebContainer/Pax Web. Achim and I are working on it.
As soon as it's fixed, we will release Pax Web 3.0.5, update in Karaf 3.0.0.
We keep the track ! Karaf 3.0.0 has to be released for Christmas (hohoho
Merry Karafmas with Santa's voice ;)).
I'm fully dedicated and focus on that.

So, today, I will:
- commit both blueprint upgrade and KARAF-2496
- update Jira to add 3.0.1 version
- review the Jira and move to 3.0.1
I discussed with Jamie this morning, he's ready to cut off the 3.0.0
release.
I propose to prepare the release and vote for next Thursday (it gives
some time to latest fixes and tests tomorrow).
