Hi Rodrigo,
The console looks for branding in
org/apache/karaf/branding/branding.properties.
So in your bundle, you should have the folder org/apache/karaf/branding
containing branding.properties.
I don't know if it's the same for you as you said
org.apache.karaf.branding/branding.properties.
The branding.properties contains a welcome property.
Now, as an alternative, instead of looking for a bundle, you can put
directly the branding.properties in Karaf etc folder.
