KARAF-3566 updated the jre.properties on the 2.x branch to have the correct
versions for the javax.annotations packages
This is the same code that was placed on master, but it was never applied
to the 2.x branch
The KARAF-3566 ticket has more details on the reason the versions need to
be adjusted to 1.0 instead of 1.1 or 1.2.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/jvettraino/karaf karaf-2.x
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/karaf/pull/70.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
