Checked legal files and RELEASE_NOTES and did some tests with CXF and
also some of my examples.
Looks all fine.
When doing the tests I stumbled about the missing staging repo like many
times before.
I think we should a a documentation page on how to verify a karaf
release candidate that explains it.
I will take care of that.
