Meanwhile, can we improve a bit on the command-line side of this if SCR is
going to be on by default? With shell-compat, we have the full Felix 'scr'
command, but without it we have only the Karaf-specific command, which is a
bit behind the times. Is shell-compat in the default (non-minimal) distro?
