Robert-

Install the pax-web feature. It installs 9.4.43.v20210629:

75 │ Active   │  30 │ 9.4.43.v20210629   │ Jetty :: Server Core

The release notes show multiple Jetty versions, b/c jetty is releasing so fast
there are multiple merges to upgrade jetty.
