Added the following line to org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.repositories in
etc/org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.cfg :

Started the unpacked karaf and installed myapps master feature on apache karaf
4.5.8 RC2
https://github.com/steinarb/myapps
All bundles showed up as "Active" (none were stuck in "Resolving").
Didn't see any issues when smoketesting the webapps loaded by the myapps
feature.
