Hi everyone,

I have started merging the PRs I am working on for Karaf 4.5.0.

However, I may not have enough time to finish merging everything by
July 31st. Therefore, I propose postponing the 4.5.0 release to the
end of August. This will give us more time to finalize the PRs
smoothly.
