Hi All

Over the last few months I've been involved with helping out with Project
Jupyter https://jupyter.org/ especially in their discussions around developing
their new Governance model. During the discussions one area mentioned was being
able to get some visibility of their communities.

Some initial work has been done using the Jupyter notebooks themselves to
produce some basic summaries (and I was very pleasantly surprised to see them
using Pony Factor :-)

https://nbviewer.jupyter.org/github/choldgraf/jupyter-activity-snapshot/blob/master/reports/summaries/pony_factor.ipynb

Anyway I'd like to do a Proof of Concept to show them how Kibble can help them
gain some insights about their existing communities and also provide their new
governance organisation with some relevant information.

So the current status is that a PoC demo instance has been setup for Jupyter
(huge thanks to Daniel) and I have imported one of their github repositories
and one of their discourse forums. My intention is the work with them to see
what information they find useful and also identify any potential Kibble
modifications we might need.

I think this could also be a way to help build the community by creating more
Kibble users.

I'll keep you updated with progress.

Thanks
Sharan
