Is there a way to test this before I commit to make sure it doesn’t break?

I have fixed the script so it does not crash, but it will continue to report that KIE does not have a website (it needs to see a single apache.org site, which must exist). You can now leave it as is until there is a site at kie.apache.org. Alternatively, link to them from the Description section and drop the website entry until there is a valid one. Note that comments in the website section will likely prevent the clutch analysis from working.
