that would be great! I think we can, but we should have our own runner,
which costs money (might have changed, not sure).

Alternatively, we can have scritps in `incubator-kie-kogito-pipelines` that
would set up a GHA environment. So we keep the tools aligned, like the
maven version. Or even better, actions in this repository to be used in
every GHA. Let's brainstorm this after the migration work! wdyt?
