Paolo, First of all, glad to hear you're coming aboard to work on the effort to get the 10.0.0 release out!
The board you linked, is what we have, but as you could notice... it's not much up to date and hasn't been kept in sync with the real needs for the release. We, collectively, need to do better here. I volunteer myself to get back to the board and review, what best of my knowledge are the blockers for the release... hope other members of the community can do the same so we can get a better picture early next week. My personal expectation, is that we could try to call for a vote on the 10.0.0 release in two weeks.
