As release manager is supposed to be a rotating role, to spread release knowledge across community, I don't see the mandate for first release manager to be dockerhub admin.
I would like to prevent myself becoming the only one with releasing knowledge and privileges, so I hereby decline this nomination. I believe there will be better candidates amongst the community.
