Thank you for the review, Toshiya!

Although all those issues are considered minor, we should incorporate some
level of fixes on every release, so we have visible progress towards
graduation.

As pointed out by Tiago, the major topic of our next release could be docs…
and if we fix docs… we already fix a few items of the list.
