In order to support existing hadoop clients that utilize the OS login to
determine the user.name for unsecured cluster acces, we need to add a
federation provider that validates an incoming request for a user.name identity
assertion and federate the prior authenticate event.
We will need to provide some additional validation options - at least
leveraging the existing ip address validation used in the HTTP header based
preauthenticated SSO federation provider.
