The KNOX-548-1 patch adds a new command "topology-bind-test" as well as
improving error messages output previously by the auth-test command. Both now
use similar methods to authenticate a user. Debug options have also improved to
include more debug output for different errors.
KNOX-548-docs adds this new KnoxCLI feature to the user-guide docs.
