Good question.
I think that targeting 0.7.0 now is probably best then we can have a discussion
as to whether it can be delivered in 0.7.0. If the community decides to push it
out then we can change it to 0.8.0.
Personally, I see little downside in terms of risk since it is rather self
contained.
