This is a patch that changes almost all parts of the book. I've changed the
following:
* Fixed HBase default port to 8080 (the reference to 60080 is confusing imho)
* Fixed Markdown syntax
* Fixed typos
* Fixed a few things that were just wrong
* Other minor things
* Removed references to Stargate, it hasn't been called that for a while
* Removed references to wrong locations (i.e. from HDP/RPM installs)
Unfortunately as I couldn't get the book to build I haven't been able to test
the outcome properly.
