Hey [~elserj] - based on discussion on CALCITE-1539 - it doesn't seem like this
will be resolved by tomorrow.
We want to try and get a RC for 0.11.0 by 12/19th.
It seems that we should probably push this out to 0.12.0 in order to pick up
the CALCITE change.
Thoughts?
