gateway-tests contains a lot of users.ldif, most of them exactly the same. See
attached for a patch which leaves just three:
a) "users.ldif" - used by most of the tests
b) "users-dynamic.ldif" - contains some dynamic group stuff
c) "users.ldif" used only by the posix test
