[~sunilg] - this patch forces the use of the Anonymous authentication provider
rather than using whatever provide is configured in the topology. This is
generally done for applications that provide their own authentication
mechanism/login page and that do not support the trusted proxy impersonation.
Is this the case for the ATS?
If so, trusted proxy support needs to be added to ATS.
