[~nixonrodrigues] - there are existing Ha dispatches for Atlas.
I think if we need 4 dispatches for this service that we need to definitely
codify the behavior differences in tests.
Please add unit tests for each so that we can be sure that we do not regression
on whatever it is you expect from these. If there are not specific new tests
for the new dispatches then I need to better understand why they are needed.
You can look at DefaultHaDispatchTest as an example for adding the tests.
