Honestly - I have no idea what is up with httpclient anymore regarding encoding
and path handling. AWS client has similar issues. Ideally Knox would have a
test that fails if there is unexpected behavior. I don't think there is one.
Some of the jiras were closed and then some later commits went in. Basically
requires trying to follow what all happened. I think there is a new flag or
something to change the behavior. I don't know for sure though without spending
time digging in.
