## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
* Fixes `ServiceDefinitionDeploymentContibutor` to call `setServiceRole` as
needed by `ConfigurableHADispatch`
* Sets `ha-classname` to `ConfigurableHADispatch` where appropriate
## How was this patch tested?
* `mvn -T.5C clean verify -Ppackage,release -Dshellcheck`
* Manual tests for HA dispatch
