Added support for Impala and Impala UI discovery from CM. Also moved the
most commonly used implementation of ServiceModelGenerator#handles() to
AbstractServiceModelGenerator.
## How was this patch tested?
Added discovery tests for Impala and Impala UI, executed all Knox tests, and
manually tested Impala discovery against a CM cluster.
