bq. All topologies deployed within the gateway instance with mutual
authentication enabled will require incoming connections to present trusted
client certificates during the SSL handshake.
This needs to be clarified that if client.auth.needed=true that it affects all
topologies. Right now as it is worded can be interpreted differently due to
"with mutual authentication enabled"
