Hi, [~krisden]! I've got this problem because I am locked into an early version
of Knox (as part of HDP 3.0). Can you note something about the fix for this
problem? I've tinkered with {{rewrite.xml}} but without results. Is there a
commit I can look at for this, or does [this
PR|https://github.com/apache/knox/pull/276/files] have something to do with it?
My problem is exactly the same as described here: none of the UI Javascript or
CSS is loading because it is all going to the root of the Knox URL tree because
all the links in the HTML for Livy's UI start with /.
