Currently the URL query parameter which indicates the original URL to redirect
back to after a successful SSO flow is hardcoded to "originalUrl". This is
problematic if using Knox in conjunction with other systems that produce URLs
with a different parameter, e.g. nginx with external authentication, which uses
"rd" by default. The parameter should be configurable.
