The quickstart guide needs a new focus.
Hadoop is but one target ecosystem that Knox enables and it is increasingly
being used in k8s clusters as an istio external authorizer as well as in token
exchange and management scenarios.
The assumption that a VM based hadoop cluster is available for download is
obsolete and tying that to an out of the box sandbox topology makes our default
sandbox.xml topology also obsolete.
We need to determine what our out of the box experience should showcase and how
to do so.
