I've started the Jira and sub-tasks for it to represent the epic we
discussed.
We don't actually have an Epic Issue Type - surprisingly but I think having
sub-tasks that are assignable meets the spirit of the proposal.

I started with a sub-task for the quickstart. I think we probably need some
discussion on what we want to demonstrate out of the box in the quickstart
and the sandbox topology.
Let's do that in the Jira sub-task.

I'll spend some time over the weekend filing some more sub-tasks as a
bootstrap.
