Summary: Move General Troubleshooting Section from Client/User
Guide to Admin Guide

The Troubleshooting page within the Client/User Guide has a General
Troubleshooting section that is better suited for the Admin Guide since typical
users will not have direct access to the logs on the gateway servers. Let's
move this to the Admin Guide.
Client Specific Troubleshooting and FAQ sections are empty but are good ideas
for this guide and we should flesh them out to include at least some
information that would be relevant to end users. We would then be able to build
those out over time.
