+1 (binding)

I have tested the release as follows:



   - Checked the signatures
   - Reviewed NOTICE, LICENSE and CHANGES files
   - Built from source and ran all tests (clean verify)
   - Tested the binary distribution
      - Exercised the Admin UI
      - Tested the CLIENTID API
      - Tested accepting client_id and client_secret as URL-encoded form
      params with the JWTProvider
      - Tested the APIKEY API
      - Tested accepting an API Key as a bearer token with the JWTProvider
