Currently KnoxSSO cookies are scoped at domain level. There is no way for us to
restrict the cookies based on subdomains. There is a way to increase the cookie
scope but no way to decrease it. e.g.
Say KnoxSSO cookie is set on root.example.com. There is a way to set it to
example.com (see KNOX-640) but no way to restrict it to
subdomain.root.example.com.
