## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Update javaee-pac4j to 8.1.0, pac4j to 6.3.0 and opensaml to 5.1.6.
## How was this patch tested?
Not tested yet. Build passes, but spring vault tests fail. Will test with
Keycloak and CAS.
