Description:
Topology generation from descriptor/provider should allow the APIKEY and
CLIENTID services to be declared without URLs or params.
The value of
{{org.apache.knox.gateway.topology.simple.SimpleDescriptorHandler#ALLOWED_SERVICES_WITHOUT_URLS_AND_PARAMS}}
needs to be augmented to include APIKEY and CLIENTID.
