Topology generation from descriptor/provider should allow the APIKEY service to 
be declared without URLs or params.

The value of 

{{}}
{{org.apache.knox.gateway.topology.simple.SimpleDescriptorHandler#ALLOWED_SERVICES_WITHOUT_URLS_AND_PARAMS}}
needs to be augmented to include APIKEY.
